> Rates are for two (2) persons, per night

> Single room rate: 90% of double occupation
> Check in: 15:00 Check out: 11:00 (changes possible upon availability)

> For late check out or day use until 18:00, there is an extra charge of  50% of daily cost

> (4) four nights of minimum stay (different upon request and availability)

> Smoking indoors is not allowed
> Due to the nature of the residence we do not accept children under 12 years old
> Pets are not allowed

Booking policy and cancellations
> 30% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking. Balance payment in 15 days before arrival
> In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival the deposit is refundable or used for next booking.
> In case of cancellation after 60 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
> In case of no-show or departure earlier than the scheduled date  full amount of total stay is charged
